Experience was fine but took a little time.

Very smooth

the service advisor was very courteous and took the time to offer me snacks/drinks and to explain the additional recommended services for my car. the waiting area was comfortable and clean. the ladies restroom was nice and clean and the air fresher scent smelled really good. the wait time wasn't bad.

Service agent was very Good, but cafeteria was very bad, Coffeee machine was not working.

they were really responsible, taking care of my car fast , recommending what needed be done or fixed before happened, so i'm happy to manage and maintain the process with them including perfect atmosphere and attitude

lucio was great. very kind and helpful. he arranged a ride so i could go back home to work instead of being stuck at the dealership waiting. the shuttle driver was great as well. i'm very happy i chose this location for service to my vehicle.
