still dealing with an issue.. the sale guy told us that he was going to give us an employee discount and the next day another sales guy stated that we would have to pay full price..that is not what we agreed upon the night before.. we are still waiting to pick up the car and the problem still isn't resolved.. i haven't heard back from the dealership regarding the issue.. i feel if you tell a customer that you are going to do something then you should honor that especially when they are paying cash. don't change things up when you have taken their money.

Ana Stone was great to work with and answers all of our questions, but unfortunately when we were at the finance office, she wasn't very happy with us because we declined to purchase all extra warranty. i personally had purchased many cars thru the dealerships for the past 30yrs and i totally understand these warranties have never help me but just extra profits for the dealership. It doesnt bother me at all when she wasn't happy but it clearly shows us how much she wants to force people to buy something that they dont really need it at all.

you and your team went above and beyond what i'm used to getting. i will for sure return next time
