The buying process was great but the things i brought up about the truck were dismissed after sales person asked supervisor. The truck need an alignment or tires balanced as truck has shake at about 65mph. I was unable to drive the vehicle that speed on test drive and was not disclosed.

We had an appointment and the agent was not there, had to wait around an hour before Jason (other agent) came to help us. He was really nice and support us with the rest of the process.
