the staff was friendly and helpful. jeremy cameron helped with an issue with my gps.the wait time could've been better. i had a 10:30 am. appointment, and the service wasn't completed until around 2pm

it was much easier to make a decision without high pressure salesmen. they were clear about options and very helpful.
