Ann was helpful and so was Derek. The only issue I find is that on the front end there was not a lot of intentional conversation. Questions that would spark conversation about the vehicle and when I called out a few issues with the car the dealership didn’t go out of its way to make sure the car was cleaned. I found glass behind the back seat and after purchase found lots of crumby pieces on the black plastic and a lot of other things. That I now have to clean. It’s “as is” but seriously? Also the front tires aren’t going to last much longer and the dealer said they’d have about 35-40k left more like 20k when a buddy that works with tires saw them.

All went well. Lucio is the best. I went in for an oil change & was treated great.
