My service advisor was great. What was disappointing was the news that I would have to return for the service I originally went in for. I received two notices from Honda Corp throughout the year about a recall on the fuel pump and was told my local dealer would contact me when the fuel pump was available for replacement. When I received the notice, I made the appointment assuming the fuel pump would be replaced on that day. Instead an evaluation was done which required service, but was told the pump had to be ordered and I would have to return the next week for that service. Instead of one service trip, this now requires two trips, which is disappointing.

My service experience with Lucio Luna was magnificent! I am reaching the two-year anniversary since the purchase of my 2022 Honda Civic and this was by far the best experience I have had in all the services my car has had. Not only was Lucio able to fit us in on the same-day we called to ask questions, but he also had a technician on standby upon arrival to inspect and complete all the services. My car had oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid exchange, and CVT Transmission Fluid Exchange and Lucio made sure the car was ready for the appointments already scheduled for my little one. Additionally, I voiced the continuous airflow problem and ticking sound that is still happening when adjusting air levels. He made sure to take note and inspect the car before driving out for any obvious visuals and review the hatch cover as the piece seems to be broke. Amazing work and excellent customer service, both, on a personal and professional level. I hope to have my car serviced and taken care of with Lucio moving forward!

It was a good experience with sales rep ‘Dylan Holbert‘ very professional and polite throughout the sale. They offered a great price for new Honda Pilot. Happy with my purchase.
