rey took most excellent care of me! i just moved to dfw area. i made an appointment at the frisco location, but didn't realize it. rey was professional and didn't hesitate to say it was okay and he would handle my needs for my civic. i needed routine maintenance as well as having an issue covered under warranty still. the repair was taking longer than expected. i had to perform at a funeral out of town and needed my vehicle. without me asking, rey arranged a loner vehicle that was great. no hassle, no fuss. i recommend rey and david mcdavid if your honda needs any type of repair! thanks for going above and beyond, for your kindness, your sense of urgency as well as your professionalism rey!
