i was lucky to have uy vu as my service advisor. he listens to my needs. advice on current promotions. he make my experience enjoyable.i came just for the state inspection. and plan on doing the oil change myself. but the uy advise the oil change special and a tire rotation. he explain about the process and expectations. i ended doing all three.his checkout process is also efficient and enjoyable.high recommend and he deserved to be advisor of the month.
