high quality customer service which started when i pulled into the service center, followed by a service advisor quickly coming over to discuss service, and pilot headed back. service advisor and tech kept me updated about the service & lmk about additional services i needed. coupon was honored for oil change and no issues checking out either. warranty fixed at the same time. for the 7 yrs i've had my pilot i am so much happier with consistent quality service then with my prior lexus vehicle and service at park place. i also checked our grapevine honda 1x and had a horrible experience. i am highly satisfied with david mcdavid honda.
