ashley is an excellent service advisor!! she made sure that i was kept informed of the progress of my car's repair and that i was comfortable while waiting for it. i plan to use ashley shorts for all my service needs. i've been a david mcdavid customer since 1989 & will remain one as long as i get excellent service.
