service advisor was great, super friendly & knowledgeable. the actual service part took a long time, waited about 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation and balance. this was the longest i had ever waited for service

Service agents are always courteous and know the services needed for my vehicle. The waiting area is clean, stocked with coffee and drinks. Plenty of seating and fast WIFI. Communication while waiting for the vehicle is through text messages making the checkout process very efficient.
