my buying experience to service experience with matt and service advisor to lot attendant was great very nice and respectful. before getting my additional key and regular service, i called multiple times they've never called me back at the same time could not figure out how to help me, it was only during the phone call, jeremy, started care about. we have to reduce the wait time in the express service, car wash was not working as i came for one stop shop, eventually i have to go out and wash separately, service advisor told me to bring for next time as he told me we'll take care of it.

i came in to get my bumper checked out for replacement parts as the splitter just came down at highway speed (75mph) and was destroyed in the process. (no prior damage) they were able to check it out and get me a parts list of everything that needed to be replaced. however i had to turn down their offer as they wanted 1100 to perform the repair plus parts. when i found the parts online at honda.oempartsonline.com for around $400 i just couldn't justify having the work done at your dealership. i thanked the service man and was on my way.
