assuming that 5 was the best option. the whole process was easy and i never felt pressure to buy something i didn't want. i really liked that when i asked the price i was given the price. i wasn't told to come in and we'd discuss it. there were no added extra costs. i had visited 2 other dealerships and left with a feeling of disappointment. i fully recognize that car ms are hard to come by. jeremy was friendly, honest, easy to speak with, knowledgeable about the car. gave me the facts and did not waste my time. harold in finance was the same process, easy to talk to, make the process quick and easy.

We purchased the vehicle remotely and overall it was a great experience. The staff was great and helpful throughout the process. The only issue I had was with the person from Finance. She was extremely aggressive and rude. She made inappropriate remarks after we declined any warranties.

said was very helpful. i was specific on what i wanted to look at and he didn't try to upsell me or do the "used car salesman" fast talk. he pulled the car i wanted around and we drove it. i expressed a couple minor concerns and he had service and detail take care of them as maritza and i closed the deal. all in all, a good experience.
