Good service by your sales person

Working with Lucio and the whole process of getting my car in and out was super simple. There was no hassle and the process was easy.I do wish though that think for watching the process of service would’ve been more updated from time to time. I didn’t know when my car was actually being serviced. Other than that, everything was great and the service itself took way less time than I expected!

Jay was great. Only disappointing thing was finding out there was only one key for the car after going through the entire purchase process. Otherwise, I would have given the experience 5 stars. I haven’t bought many used cars, so I didn’t even think it was something I should ask about.
