it was great, mark did a great job of handling my car service appointment. he went above and beyond during the service.

as someone from 1,000 miles away i can not thank the service team enough (especially mark balder who was my advisor). he listened to what i thought my issue was, got in my little civic with me to take it for a spin so he could hear the issue and diagnosis better. got it back to be looked at and the problem fixed (loose lug nuts) and got me back on my trip in a very timely matter. it saved me a lot of stress of worrying about the issue and also kept me from ending up in a possibly very dangerous situation on my long trip home. sincerely, kent lupton
