ashley shorts is a excellent service advisor. she saved this platinum customer from going elsewhere. i scheduled a 2:30 appointment with someone else at 2:10. i was offered 2:30 or 4:30. when i got there he had gone to lunch & that wouldn't have been an issue except he didn't tell me he wouldn't be there. he did this the last time i scheduled a appointment with him on his day off, but he didn't tell me he was off that day. i'm retired & can usually work around a service advisor's off day. he had been recommended by my service advisor of many years & i told him that. i've done it for many years. i've used david mcdavid since 1989 & will continue to buy & service my cars there as long as i get good customer service.karin silvey.
