jesse, was very impressed and professional regarding my whole experience. due to my circumstances in the past i wasn't expecting what was done for me and i really appreciate the time and opportunity they took on me.

Service with Josh was great. Not ecstatic about the feedback provided regarding my wireless charging dock in my car. To say there are “ongoing issues” and to “use a usb” is not ideal. Hopefully there is a solve soon and Honda can somehow reach out to clients like myself that have a faulty charging pad to get it fixed.
