it was the best i've had the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable of everything she told me. she answered all my questions and let me know if everything that was going on. very professional and friendly up to the end. i guess it's a honda thing of being professional. my husband and son drive a chevrolet and sometimes i have to take their car in for maintenance and it's so different from honda. i have to sit there to get someone to help and they're not friendly at all.i will be replacing my car in about 6 months and it sure makes me want to get a another honda. 👍🏼
