had to wait a week regarding information on a loaner car. finally made an appointment; took car in for a/c issue. was there approximately 4 1/2 hours. mr. rey rendon is always professional and courteous. he keeps his calm demeanor no matter what!i wasn't happy with the information he gave me: another repair for approximately $4,000 for ac compressor and contamination. bill last month was $3,500 for ac and car overheating. compressor had been replaced approximately 2-3 years ago. my car has 54,000 miles (2016 crv). it's very frustrating for me.i am frustrated, of course. especially regarding the scarcity of loaner cars and driving in texas heat without ac! and the money.mr. rendon handled the situation calmly and professionally; you should be so pleased with him.he called and texted me today (labor day). i appreciate his concern. he now understands my time constraints on getting my car quickly. he will check on super saver coupons to help with the costs.he is the reason i keep coming back.
