wonderful people. honesty is very important to me. harold and said were very honest and straight forward. i truly appreciated that. they were considerate and not pushy. very comfortable to chat with. felt like family.

i did like that i was told ahead of time that it would take all day so i could plan accordingly. do with i was given a proper time for pick up at the beginning of the day so i could've arranged my ride properly and not feel as rushed as i did. i had to pick it up within an hour during the evening with kids and their activities and one car down is a hassle. also with y'all weren't so over priced. they adjusted and came down to the quote i got from valvoline but it's too much. also for fixing the door pannel it was a rip off. i could get those screws for $10 on amazon and y'all were charging me $200???? $190 for labor is outrageous.
