Everything was great car looked amazing the employee that helped me out was outstanding throughout our whole interaction, only thing I can really complain about is I didn’t get a full tank with the car but that’s fine and when I first drove the car it was fine there’s one issue with it that restricts me from driving it at the moment and could severely damage the car is the car previously was “tuned” and it was never reverted to its original state which caused the transmission to randomly go from 10th gear down to 1st gear which caught me by surprise and now I have to spend a extra 2 thousand just to get that put back to factory cause ford said the original “tuner” left the ecu and pcm locked and those are each a extra charge that I have to deal with.

I got behind on maintenance and my service advisor ferriol bonachea helped me to catch up.
