my appointment for an oil change was @ noon. they didn't start on it till 1:30 & finished @ 2:30. i was pretty upset. my advisor david was very nice & explained they were short handed. also he mentioned tuesday is one of their busiest days. he apologized & gave me a 30% discount. i really appreciated it.
