Overall fine. Did not like the Financing phase. I was already pre-approved through my own credit union. Felt a little pressured to change and go with Honda's Financing.

lucio was by far the best service advisor i've had in my 4 years as a honda customer. he was attentive, communicative, informative, mindful of my schedule, and was very friendly (even first thing in the morning). he has definitely gained a loyal client and i will be scheduling service with him every time moving forward!
