great experience as usual, could trim down some wait time in a perfect world, but i understand that is not something you can control realistically on a busy saturday and the effort to do so is seen and appreciated.

for the most part it was good, only issue didn't get attended for 15 to 20 minutes, actually i just left my car parked in the service area. but in all was good

chris was great and went above and beyond for customer care. he was the first salesman out of several to ask for what i didn't want to have or see first so we could find a car that met my preference. he was patient and gave me a few options all around my budget. i can't thank him enough for making that the least painful car buying experience i've had.
