rey was very congenial , but the rating was because of slow timing, which may have been beyond his control. i had a problem away from home and arrived early to find the problem . it took all day to get just diagnostics done. due to this i had to drive home to snyder late at night, arriving home around 10:00 pm. rey did call to get the claim starting for my extended warranty, which was helpful.

It was a great experience. Ray is a great man. He knows how to deal with his customers. Had gone to autonation lewisville before I visited this location and those people are so pushy.
