everything was good. prices are high.

it was good. work was done in a timely manner. two items though:1) i've had the car 69 months and it needed its third battery. the current battery had been installed 42 months ago. i thought some prorated price should have been offered since it's supposedly a 100 month battery.2) on the way home i realized the hood was not latched properly so i had to pullover and close it securely.
