i love the experience i always get so much kindness from my honda guy lucio he is ever so patient and always take care of me in the service dept when it come to my car. all the other guys are nice as well it's like a family environment

everything was fine, but the wait time was excessive for an appointment customer. if i was a walk-in, i would expect a 2.5hr wait for a basic oil change b not for customers that took the time to make an appointment and showed up on time. there should be priority for appt customers over walk ins. customer service rep was polite and helpful. just didn't like the wait time being that i had an appointment.
