the salesman was excellent and quickly got us the car we wanted. the financial lady who helped us complete the loan paperwork was too pushy with add ons that delayed the signing process. however, she did catch something on our bill that we didn't want which i really appreciated. my least favorite part was that the car came with mandatory add ons that ballooned the price of the car like wheel locks and tint.

i was well taken care of by lucio. he took both my wife and myself to best buy store while our car was being serviced. then he arranged for someone else to pick us up. this is what i call customer satisfaction. thanks to lucio!
