I visited the dealership for routine maintenance. The advisor, Mohamed Ali, was very helpful, professional and helpful. He also answered my questions about additional, recommended maintenance items and helped me choose what to approve and what to defer. Maintenance also completed within initially estimated timeframe

Overall satisfactory. Only inconvenience was that despite the reservation at early morning , the wait time of 2 hours was concerning.

Great customer service

I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm and didn’t not get started with anything until 1:15. I didn’t see the point in an appointment. I’d recommend a line and first priority for those that have one. I had plans around that appointment and then I had to rush. Other than that service was great and they had my car in and out for a recall I had. The online process to book was easy and when I called the day before (as recommended for recalls) they gave me all the info needed.
