i met an le from the dealership, he was very helpful with my options and i was dealt with quickly and on time

i came in to pick up my tags... pedro is your service department was wonderful (i think he's a porter) i had a question about an issue with my car, i asked the tech about it & he said that i would need a waiver from my salesperson so that he didn't have to charge me a diagnostic fee. i asked my sales agent & he said no, but he would ask the supervisor ( the service tech had advised me to ask for anyway) my sales agent has not gotten back with me yet, over a week now. the issue that i'm having with my vehicle is blue smoke discharged every morning when i first start it. i have talked to my salesperson about this numerous times with no advise or solution.
