lucio luna is a very knowledgeable and friendly service advisor. he explained the procedure for my oil change, rotation, balance, and the approximation he gave for the wait was spot on.

great experience. josh sanchez was my advisor. there were several issues that needed addressing. josh kept me posted on progress throughout. my service visit was a long one but every time i started to wonder about my car i would look at my phone and there was a text from josh giving me an update. great job thank you.
