check in took a bit. the actual job took about 2 hours and 20 mins. felt it could be faster, considering staffing shortages etc.my suggestion: accept appointments based closely on daily staffing rather than overbooking and having long wait time for customers. it does create more negative experiences than positive.

i love how i was attended super quick. the advisor was super nice and helpful with my questions.

very helpful and polite. didn't feel like a forceful up sale for servicing.

They were quick to explain and test drive the car I wanted.I became friends with Godfrey, the sales assistant.
