Mr. Scott Gerlikouski, made my experience very comfortable. He took the guess work out of what I thought I needed to know before bringing my car in for service. I only had to step out of my car be escorted to the waiting area with a smile letting me know he would keep me up on the service my car was receiving. awesome customer service. Never had I seen a video on the actual work being done to my car. It may sound crazy, but I felt he wanted to make my experience at David McDavid Honda unforgettable. Thank you, Scott,

It has been my second time with Mr.Rey and he has always made it pleasant anytime I’ve gotten a service done. He always keeps me up to date and takes his time to explain all of what is going on with my car which I appreciate since it hasn't always been the best with other service advisors. Overall was a nice experience!

I came in for an oil change only, but I ended up getting other services done that were recommended and needed. I appreciate Jesse introducing me to Sunbit to help in paying for the services of my vehicle.I also want to apologize to the team. I thought that my iPhone charger was taken from my vehicle while it was being serviced I a wrongfully accused Honda of doing so. After doing more investigating, I discovered that one of my children removed the charger from my car before my appointment. I did apologize to the team while there, but I wanted to makes sure I did so again.Honda has always provided me with great service whether I come to the Irving location or the Rockwall location. Since I moved to Irving, I have been getting my Honda serviced at this location.
