was met with a smile and told someone would be with me soon. waited 4/5 min, car was taken for oil change etc and was back all shiny and clean in less than an hour. check out was easy, everything was explained and off i drove! see ya next time!

when i first pulled in it didn't feel welcoming. no one was attentive. everyone wanted to act like they were very busy and couldn't greet the customers.

i was welcomed and told someone would be with me soon. i had a 10 o'clock appt and was taken care of immediately. the representative listed and took care of my car as requested. he said it would take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes . it was ready and washed in that time.
