very satisfied. rey helped me with dropping my car off to be serviced, and he took the time to discuss the recommended repairs for my crv after the initial inspection of my vehicle. he was not "pushy" with the recommendations, which i appreciated. i plan on returning for routine maintenance and future repairs.
