Jeremy gave us an excellent presentation of our CRV. He answered all questions and concerns. He gave us a follow up call to address any further issues.

i had to get my oil changed and it was my first time visiting the dealership the service reps were very nice and the waiting area is superb

all work and service were done well.

josh was my service customer service guy. he communicated well. i had quite a long time to wait (like 4 hours), but he warned me ahead and kept me updated. he was kind, professional and so respectful. he took the time with me that i needed to understand. the actual mechanic did a great job. my back hatch door has not worked in cold weather for as long as i have owned the car! the door just would not open. this guy fixed it and it operates well! lastly, the guy that washed my car did such a phenomenal job that after i left, i turned back around to go find him to thank him. unfortunately, i didn't see him again. i guess he was working on the next car. but it was the cleanest my car has ever been. what a great service dept. thank you.

i bought my car at john eagle of dallas and their service department could give two flips about their customers. called honda of irving and they fit me in and got me taken care of! customer service is 5 star ⭐️ and i will now be buying my honda's from honda of irving!!
