the service tech was very helpful and handled everything professionally and quickly. how ever things that have been done anytime i have had a oil change in the past were not done. a car wash, checking fluids ( windshield washer) and tire pressure. i felt that i could have got this attention to detail at a small joint in the neighborhood. they even left covers off sitting in other parts of the engine my husband had to put back on and fill up.
