I came in for an oil change only, but I ended up getting other services done that were recommended and needed. I appreciate Jesse introducing me to Sunbit to help in paying for the services of my vehicle.I also want to apologize to the team. I thought that my iPhone charger was taken from my vehicle while it was being serviced I a wrongfully accused Honda of doing so. After doing more investigating, I discovered that one of my children removed the charger from my car before my appointment. I did apologize to the team while there, but I wanted to makes sure I did so again.Honda has always provided me with great service whether I come to the Irving location or the Rockwall location. Since I moved to Irving, I have been getting my Honda serviced at this location.

Always quick and helpful service. Was in and out of there faster than I was expecting!

Tire pressure light went on again within a few days.Told guys to check for any slow leaks. Found R rear tire had a nail in it. Taken in to check. Only needed a patch! Yay! Was in waiting room 1’1/2 hours only.
