It was effortless and satisfactory

one minor complaint. some needed items (for example brake repair) you have indicated needs to be done, still indicate it needs to be done, even though i had them done by an outside mechanic since my last oil change. i understand they come up on your system at mileage intervals; however it is wrong to say i need brakes when they are brand new, albeit by a non honda shop.

The service was done well. I was dissatisfied that I was not told additional services were recommended UNTIL the car had already been pulled up to check out. That necessitated another trip to complete the additional services. I don't know why I could not have been told about suggested additional services earlier when the car was still in the shop.
