The sales person I worked with, An Le was wonderful and was very patient while we waited on the bank.However the only downfall was the 1st financial manager that cane out to talk to us, I don't remember his name however his tone was short, brash and quite frankly rude and unprofessional. He didn't seem to have patience as we were waiting on the bank and seemed like he was in a rush. However the 2nd financial manager we spoke to was very polite and I really enjoyed working with him. He was very professional and top of the line.

Everything was great

Everything went really well for me all the way through the sales process. Maritza just walked me through the process, it went really well. The Vehicle wasn’t ready for me to take home yet that day. It still needed to be reconditioned. When I did pick up the vehicle, part of the agreement was that I was going to get the original airbox, As the previous owner had put in an aftermarket one. the original factory airbox was sitting right next to the car when we went and looked at the vehicle in the service department. I didn’t think to look for the original airbox till a couple days later, it was not in the vehicles trunk as was supposed to be. I have since contacted, twice, the sales department and then told basically that it had been put there. That is my only prostraration with working with you guys in the purchase of my vehicle. Everything else was amazing especially, Maritza, she was very helpful. I’m really glad to work with her.
