the service advisor was great. everything was done. my one problem was when they were working on my car the person driving it backed into something and scratched up my back bumper. this was brought to my attention and will be taken care of when the weather improves and i have time to come back in. it was upsetting but i appreciate that i was told about it.

sean a was amazing, and went above and beyond to get me the car that i had spoken to him about, and told him that i wanted. he replied to all my text messages immediatelyand kept me updated on when the car would be available....and even texted me 2 minutes after the truck arrived, letting me know that it was in. he as very pleasant, patient, helpful and kind during the whole process, and i can honestly say it was the best car leasing experience i have ever had! everyone i encountered at the dealership were so nice and helpful...especially kirby, the financial guy! i feel so happy and fortunate to have switched from vandergriff to david mcdavid of irving...and will definitely be a returning customer. thank you.
