i am frustrated with honda design team as this is the 3rd time the odyssey went in due to the problems with entertainment system. that said my service advisor lucio did a great job as usual. you should use him to train all your new employees. he knows what he is doing and really stays on top of things. when we picked up the car he reprogrammed the system to link with my wife's cell phone which made her happy. things like that go a long way towards customer satisfaction
