The service advisor that assisted me through the process was Lucio Luna and he is an excellent representative of the David McDavid dealership. He was very courteous and professional and went above and beyond to provide the best service possible in a somewhat difficult situation. While my issue was ultimately resolved it took 3 weeks to diagnose and repair a relatively simple issue. The van was given back to me twice and essentially nothing had been done address the problem. It wasn’t until I came to pick it up and was able to recreate the issue myself (AC blowing hot at idle) and then a tech came over and correctly diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. Even though Lucio did everything he could to provide excellent customer service, it seemed like an inefficient process for both my family and the dealership. So while inconvenient, the issue was resolved with the vehicle and I feel short of discovering the problem and getting it fixed sooner, the dealership and Lucio in particular did everything they could to take care of us.
