Randy was my service rep. He was informative, let me know of additional work that he recommended before working on it, and had my car ready to go when he said it would be ready.

There are several Honda dealerships closer to my home, but we choose to David McDavid of Irving cause of the customer service. I appreciate the courtesy shown as well as valuing my time. I have yet to encounter anyone that was not pleasant.

I dropped my vehicle and informed the agent I will be back to pick it up. I received a call that my vehicle was ready. Everything went well.

I needed urgent help as my car was parked at DFW airport and, upon returning for a 2.5 week international trip, I discovered I had misplaced the key. I contacted service at McDavid Honda and received very prompt attention. I had the car towed there and they (Greg and Josh) really helped me by expediting the process of getting new keys and programming them in a very short period. Jetlagged as I was after 22 hours of travel, they could not have more helpful. Thanks, McDavid Honda service!

Mr. Uy Vu was very polite he listened to my concerns and knew the options that would better suit my car and needs for my vehicle. He even recommended a few options and detailed all of them. Which is rare because most people usually just want to check you out and be done with it. But he took the time to make sure I was taken care of
