Salesman and sales manager did what most dealerships rarely do. Taking a bad situation and turning it into a positive one. While the sale was profitable it did require on-going follow up and extra effort. It was not an easy sale or close. And unlike several other dealerships, they didn’t try to sell me what they had, but what I wanted.

Needed to schedule a maintenance visit. David McDavid made it very easy. I was able to get a time that was good for me and they were able to provide me with a loaner car. Wonderful experience.

Raphael was absolutely amazing! He took time out of his day to help me with my Bluetooth in my car, he notified me every step of the day with a status update for my car and helped me with a warranty claim! Very energetic and amazing customer service!!!! Greatly appreciate it!!!
