It took 3 hrs on a Thursday night to purchase. Should have taken 2 hrs. Car wasn’t ready because of recall. Tank was empty when driving it off the lot.

One aspect was pretty annoying: when I called to make the appointment I was asked lots of specific questions about what kind of servicing I needed. Then when I checked in I had to explain everything from scratch. Why is the receptionist asking all of those questions if they're not passing the answers along to your people in the service department?
