My experience was pleasant. The people there are friendly. They will give you an accurate estimate of the work to be done. If the scope of work changes or more time is needed to finish servicing your vehicle, they notify you immediately. I have never been a fan of having my vehicle serviced at a dealership, but these guys are making me reconsider.
