The guy who took care of my car took the initiative to get my Honda inspected beyond the express, surface inspection. I appreciated that. I wish Honda would ask each customer if they want a full under the hood inspection. I thought everytime that the “multi-point” inspection was just that. But I was i formed during this last visit they do a quick, surface level inspection. My service advisor was professional and knowledgeable.

The service advisor that took care of me (China) provided a great customer service experience. I came in during a busy day without an appointment and and even though they were short-staffed, she was able to schedule me that same day. I did have to wait longer than usual (2-3 hours) for my car to be ready so decided to drop my car off and picked it up at a later time. China did call me as soon as my car was ready which I really appreciated the courtesy call.
