You guys were VERY busy when I made the bad decision of bringing my car in for regular maintenance the week of Thanksgiving, but lucky for me, as always, Lucio Luna came through for me and turned my maintenance around super fast despite the holiday traveler rush. (And I REALLY appreciate everyone wearing masks, although one adviser did take hers off while I was in the adviser area.) Thanks!

I very much appreciate the effort to help get my recalls repaired in time for me to go to another appointment that afternoon. Also thanks for inspecting the vehicle but not being pushy about what to do next. I'll return for my regularly planned maintenance/Honda care.
