We were waiting for the 2021 Odysseys to come out. When Chris Wilkens in service took care of us on 3 recalls for 2018, we asked if the 2021's were in. He had Chris Merchant call me before I could get home. He talked my wife and informed her that they had some on the lot, ask what she wanted, scheduled an appointment, had one ready for a test drive when we got there, we liked it, & signed the paperwork that took about 2 hours, then drove home in our new 2021 leased Odyssey. Everything was handled very well & is the reason we keep going back & have leased 3 or 4 cars from David McDavid.

Rey was wonderful. He responded in a timely matter and kept me informed throughout the process.

The reason I gave 4 star is, Rey Rendon. As, I have seen him since 2010, and he was my service provider for couple of times.. He is sincere to customers and to his work. And the others are there to make the sales goal, even if it comes to the reputation of the Company and the name behind that Company. As, I drive a old car Civic Ex 2003, I feel, I don't get much attention as other customers, but I am not worried about it.. As, I pulled in for a Oil change on Sep 30, 2020. I was waiting for some Service Advisor to walk to me, but when for couple of minutes, nobody did, I had to walk myself in and ask, if I could get someone to help me? I saw the other service advisor, they looked at me and ignored me as I was not there. Then, Rey saw me standing at the door, he asked me to give him a minute and he will be with me.. And there he walked and serviced my vehicle. I told him I need a oil change and if possible,can it be done in an hour, because I had to drive back home to Denton from Irving. And I did get my car within an hour as I asked him. So, I am satisfied this time with my visit to McDavid Honda of Irving
